Silicon Valley produced plenty of $1B+ companies in 2018, but other parts of the country also had a strong showing. New York, Boston, Chicago, and Nashville, among other cities, all played host to newly minted unicorns last year.

Using CB Insights data, we identified all the US-based startups that reached a $1B+ valuation in 2018.
