Long read | ‘CASCADES’ project publishes framework for cross-border climate impacts

CASCADES is an EU-funded project that identifies how the risks of climate change to countries, economies and peoples beyond Europe might cascade into Europe. Chatham House is working with a consortium of partners to shed light on how climate risk interrelates with trade systems, foreign policy, security and development.

 
CASCADES’ conceptual framework, which helps describe and analyse cross-border climate impacts and inform adaptation policies was published this week in Global Environmental Change.
