Like most people these days, I am sure we are all carefully monitoring the unfolding coronavirus situation. This is an unsettling time, and our thoughts are with you and your families as we all navigate this period.

We wanted to reach out with a few concrete thoughts about how we can help you think about navigating this period of social and economic turmoil. We’re neither health experts nor macro-economists, so we’ll leave the analysis of the virus itself, the public health implications, and the economy to others.

Our focus here is on your people and on your businesses. As we see it, the response of a startup CEO to this crisis falls into three categories: (1) people, (2) revenue, and (3) cash management.
